Do you remember?
Why do you want to return to that emptiness before a dream?
Do you remember the darkness? That abyssal kiss before the light. Screaming for air in a world too bright Named and given a destiny Who will you be? Do you remember the vastness? Of that place where no memories lie Thinking, feeling, touching. Eldritch concepts Unthinkable, frightening, enticing, Who are you? Do you remember the emptiness That lack of you The forgotten bits of stardust Coalescing into a mushy something Will you let go? Do you remember it? Do you remember it? A guess, a whisper, a noiseless sea. Why is it you want to return? To that emptiness before a dream Will you stay? Stay with me.
